The only good thing I can say about this place after having lived here for over a year is that I like the apartment itself. it has absolutely zero amount of storage space but if you are creative...it shouldn't be a problem, after all, that's the point of living in a loft...HOWEVER, you have to pay $80 or more per month to park in a parking garage owned by Platnium Parking...not Interurban Bldg. resident guests typically pay $7.50 to visit their friends that live here and want to park in the garage...furthermore, there is a $50 application fee to obtain a parking card of which only lets you in and out of the building (often fails to do even that)...it does not work like a key fob...The security of the building is insufficient...There have been recent problems with the homeless entering the apartments...be willing to pay over $1000 easily for a small studio...utility payments are metered so pricing is decent and it should be since rent will go up every year...of course, It is required to give a 2 month notice when leaving/moving out even though other apartments only require a month notice...so you have to give a notice of moving out even though you can't look for another place to live until a month later. and what happens if they rent out my apartment before I find another place to live? you guessed it! rent goes up...there have been 3 different management teams here in the last 8 months...The current one doesn't care either.
