Businiess name:  Hirsch Fuels Inc

Review content:
After my experience with Hirsch this past winter. I will be looking for a new oil company to service our fuel needs. This company has no integrity, and I hold the owner responsible for his poor treatment of customers. Don't sign on for auto delivery and don't sign on for auto payment. They'll take advantage of it. If you need to have service, or purchase a product from them, know what you are buying, or they'll take advantage of your lack of knowledge on pricing. Poor customer service from the people in the office. They don't care if they lose you as a customer. Towards the end of last winter, Hirsch was at my house pumping oil into my tank, every other week. They made a delivery four days apart. When I called, no one could give me an explanation as to why the oil was constantly being delivered. My conclusion was, the weather was getting warmer, and Hirsch was trying to make as much money as possible before their business slowed for the warmer months.
