Good: The salesperson was very nice. I purchased the buy one - get one free spray tan special for $59. I was going on vacation in May and really needed some color. The salesperson, who also was my spray tan technician, understood my concern for a natural look since this was my first experience!. Bad: 1st session I was too dark & tan was spotty & streaked. Tech reassured me a bath and my second session, the tan would look natural. 2nd appt. 3 days later, and tech was no show for the appt. Scheduled another that evening, only to be greeted by my tech who was only employee there. She had to cover front desk and do my tan in a private room. She had to leave 4x - very rattled! My tan was horrible! Tech said credit would be put thru on my card - didn't happen. Neither mgr or owners would return my calls.. Improvements: Owners need to have 2 employees in evenings when spray tan sessions are scheduled. It is unfair to the technicians & sets them up for very dissatisfied customers. Manager/owners display no regard for customer follow-up or quality of service. When I called the tech about the charge still being on my credit card statement, she seemed genuinely surprised, stating that the owners had told her that they would process the credit.. Other: While the other reviews are positive regarding tanning bed services, this is NOT THE PLACE FOR PROFESSIONAL SPRAY TANNING SERVICES..
