Review content:
Purchasing my 07 Civic from Eden in 2007 just after the new location was opened was one of the best car purchasing experiences in my history of purchasing cars. Unfortunately, in Oct of 09, I returned to Howdy to ask Eden to sell me another Civic. I wanted to trade in my 07 for an 09 - the exact same car! The financing deal was great. Eden was no longer there and so I went with the salesperson named Kevin. I explained to him that I wanted the best deal possible, but fair to both of us. The "lowest that they could go" was higher than Gillman, First Texas, or the Conroe location. Still, I came back to him to give him a second chance - I wanted to be loyal to Howdy - still remembering my last experience. The story ends with me purchasing the car from First Texas. I was disappointed with Howdy. Evidently they don't appreciate returning customers. Pros: Nice facility with relatively good coffee Cons: Not loyal to customers, complete change of sales service
