Rude, rude, rude. We have tried many times to give these folks a chance and they fail us every time. This time was the last. Last year my husband took some shirts in with a coupon. When he picked them up, he was told his coupon could not be honored because the manager wants to cut down on coupon usage. My husband asked for the manager and "he" was not in. The reality is the "manager" is never in! Two rude kids are running this business into the ground, with the help of ever absent management. Fast-forward to today. Had a coupon mailed to us, so we decided to take 3 comforters in to be cleaned. When my husband asked how much, he was told $55 and up. He asked "up to what?". They said up to $75. When asked what determines the price they said, you guessed it, it's up to the manager. Of course, once again the manager was not in to speak with. And when my husband showed the coupon, he was told once again, they are cutting back on coupon usage...save time and grief and go across the street to Arnold's where they know how to treat customers!
