"unreliable and unprofessional firm. they talk a good game but their execution is terrible (to be kind). they will give you a low estimate to win the business but the actual cost is more than other firms. i have used high quality firms such as gentle giants and maldoon in the past and i think gentle movers is a sham and should not be in business!"
