Review content:
Visited Seattle Lighting with the intention of placing a sizable remodeling order as efficiently as possible. The counter clerk suggested I wait 30 minutes for their design specialist who had no other appointments that day, after the customer she was serving. But when the specialist finished she simply breezed passed me and asked a customer who just walked in if she could help. When I finally got to chance to ask about my appointment, the specialist told me I would need to wait a week. This was odd because the counter clerk had mentioned that the specialist's schedule was pretty open all week. It will be interesting to see how Seattle Lighting fares in an increasingly competitive market. I'm a very busy person, so efficient service means quite a lot. They had my sale when I walked in the door, but they managed to provoke their way out of it. Seattle Lighting would stand to benefit by a little courtesy training.
