After looking for cribs in all the Houston area baby stores, this store had the best selection of merchandise, and also a great place to compare car seat models because they have more than anywhere else. My 1st experience there was wonderful b/c I had great luck and was helped by a wonderful young sales lady who was knowledgeable and spent over an hour with me. As I later learned, she is the only competent person on the staff. When I came back to purchase, I had to put in the order/sale with another staff person who did not understand how to read their computer system, and who 1st told me my crib would come in 2-4 weeks, but then had to cancel my order after the competent lady double checked this and told me it would be 3 months! They also advertise a staff person who is certified to teach you to install your baby car seat- I met her and she assured me she would be working next weekend and said to come when the store opens so I don't have to wait for her help. I confirmed 2 days later with another staff person that the car seat lady would be in next weekend. I show up on Saturday morning when they open-- only to have the staff tell me the car seat lady is not working that day! What a waste of my time, after confirming this twice with the staff! I asked if she is in on Sunday- they said yes, and again come right when they open. On Sunday I called before driving over to ask if car seat lady is available- they said she will call me back and that for car seat installation I usually need an appointment! No one told me this any of the previous 5 times I asked about car seat help! So when the car seat lady called me back, she said she only helps with car seat installations on Mon, Tue, Thurs. Why no one told me any of this before I have no idea. But how they wasted my time, and the laziness and lack of knowledge about operations by the staff has assured me that I will never go back. Go check out their merchandise- but beware of dealing with the staff because they are incapable of doing their job.
