Review content:
Ordered a dress for a Miss Texas USA Pageant. Paid over $1000.00. The dress was unacceptable when it came in and we wanted to exchange it for something else. We still owed $300.00 on it. He would not let us exchange it or get anything else. He has our dress and our money. He is dishonest and doesn't need to be in the business. I had to have a new dress made for the pageant.
