I gave it 1 star only because there isn't a rating lower. I will never go to this car wash again. I went today and felt lucky that there was no line. My car went through the wash cyfcle quickly - but there was no one to dry. My car was parked to the side and ignored - even after several other cars came in and were being dried before my. Someone finally came out and moved my car behind all the others that had come in after me. I went out and told the guy moving my car that I was here first, was tired of being ignored, and was taking my car. Never again will I have my car washed here or at any Genie car wash locations. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know of the poor service that I received.
