This organization is producing fradulent comcast accounts. I received no letters, no notification from comcast and was only informed of this when they placed a collection account on my credit report with no account number. I called the telephone number and the Valencia the floor supervisor informed me that the only way to get rid of this collection is to pay the amount. She told me that a dispute would last longer than just paying it and told me that she would transfer me to a dispute department and then sent me to an automated address repeater that hung up on me.
