Review content:
I have used Extra Car about 10 times in 3 years. Everything was fine until last May. I picked up my car, scratches on the front bumper. I dont mean minor. 3 sets, quarter to half inch wide, 6 inches long. The most infuriating thing though was that some inexpensive prayer beads hanging from the mirror were gone. They have sentimental value to me only. The owner responded (though a bit slowly) and refunded my fees for the week. It doesnt cover the damage to my car nor the loss of my beads. Beware!
