I stopped by around lunch time to get my rock and republics tailored. The wait was unbearably long. There was only one person he was helping at the time but he sure took his time. No, he did not take his time fitting her but kept on disappearing into the back without saying anything. The poor girl was talking to herself most of the time as he lacked the courtesy to say, "hold that thought, I'll be right back". Same thing happened to me after. I felt more like a victim rather than an actual customer.
