Hello, In June 2008, the 2nd week of. I was visiting Dallas and went to this particular cleaners as I saw it in passing. I dropped off one pair of pants on Monday and another pair on Tuesday. When I returned on Wednesday, I was met by a lady asking me if a pair was my pants. They were not and I told her as such. She then retrieved my 2nd pair which wer correct. But could not find my 1st pair. The rest of the week they searched as I was leaving on that Friday. While I was in the cleaners talking to the cashier another gentleman walked in stating that he couldn't find a pair of his pants either!!!!
In the end on that Friday they 'found' my pants and I will never go there again. I tried to contact the owner and was rudely spoken to by her 'daughter'.
My advice: Never use this cleaners, they don't have organization there at all.
