Businiess name:  Garage Logic

Review content:
I was having serious trouble with my transmission, and I was afraid the whole thing was going to completely break on me when the car would barely move and made awful noises as I tried to make my way to the grocery store, so I called garage logic, which was close to me in Inverness. Randy answered the phone and told me that he was going to hand me over to his partner Kevin. Kevin asked me lots of questions over the phone about the type of car I drove, what year, how many miles it had on it etc. I knew that the transmission was getting ready to go, but being a single mom, I was trying to make it last as long as I could. I had heard from friends that I'd be better off getting a new one than having this one fixed. So, I started off telling them that is what I wanted. They got a tow truck out to me for $30, which is just unheard of with gas prices these days, but I could tell that they were genuinely trying to help me. Once they got a look at my van, I was told that it could be fixed/rebuilt for less than a new one would cost, and that it would be done properly, would not just break down later on, and they guaranteed their work. I told them what my friends / family had told me about just putting a new one in instead and Kevin assured me that they did quality work. I let them fix what I had, after they showed me online what new transmissions cost. I wanted to see the difference for myself, and they had nothing to hide. I saved at least a thousand dollars, my transmission works fine, and it's been six months now. A little honesty goes a long way. They saved me a lot of money when they could have saved a lot of time and man hours ordering me a new transmission instead of working on what I had. I was never made to feel like a "stupid woman" and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because I was alone. They made sure my tow was affordable... the repair bill was less than it had to be, and they were genuinely concerned that I had a way to get home okay. I'm sending everybody I know to them. Thanks guys!
