Review content:
I took my car in for an oil change and they told me that I had an oil leak. Of course, they later called me to tell me that I had blown front struts and that they needed replacing immediately. The charge would be about $500 for the two front struts plus alignment. The total cost today will be about $950 for me.
Now I am busy and I just took this for the truth. Had I read these reviews prior, I would have declined. I actually found these reviews when I Googled, "what is the danger with blown front struts?". I am now pretty confused about the whole thing and hope that they are telling the truth. I guess there is no way to really know.
Again, I cannot confirm the truth but I did call to ask them to stop the service and they told me that it was too late and that the struts were already taken apart and that they were waiting on replacement parts. The guy that I dealt with was Justin and he was friendly enough that I would have taken his word as legitimate. Again, had it not been for these reviews, I would have never questioned the fact...
