I have had great service in the years I have been using New EyeDentity. - Prior reviews - I can see where some of this comes from in past. Good news is that the staff has been successful in resolving most issues. - Also.. what kind of business you are looking to spend your money with in the first place. Some former complainers should consider using a chain like Wal-Mart, Lenscrafters, or online - if all they want is to be a number, get the same frames as everyone else, at cheapest price, in 2 weeks and then stuck with them--then they will be happy. Service is a 2-way street. If you are difficult –show up with a chip on your shoulder- well then guess what…I have watched this unfold at this very store. Insurance causes most delays- not the store, staff has worked very hard on my behalf to resolve issues. - But if you are looking for a unique place with staff who are willing to really work with you to make sure you are happy, (not just the first visit), try again and again to get the glasses just how YOU like them, provide a really remarkable and unique set of frames and still maintain a small business and personable environment- then I highly recommend that you stop by the Roosevelt Store of New EyeDentity and give them a try. Also- they have a TON more really fun frames than they have the space to display, so if you don't see what you want, or help in looking at different frames- Just ask ! - I always leave New EyeDentity with great looking glasses that work for me- I have alot of fun and really enjoy the process! You don't get that at Wal-Mart.
