My husband and I both consulted with Dr. Adil Nicolwala and he seemed to have good bedside manner. His office staffer, though, is absolutely incompetent. We have since changed doctors but still cant' seem to have our records sent. If you leave messages for Dr. Nic's assistant...good luck. You won't get a call back. Need a prescription refill? Leave a message and don't hear anything. Go into the office to complain and the assistant is out and no one has her pass code to pickup the doctor's messages. Schedule six weeks in advance for a yearly physical? Go in and fill out a 12 page document only to find out that the doctor won't be in that day and no one cared to tell us. Glad we scheduled time off for that. If you are serious about thorough, organized and competent health care; this may not be the place for you.
