I'm new to the area and had to leave my puppy with a friend while I was out of town for the weekend. As luck would have it, she got sick in the middle of the night . With no regular vet to call, my friend had to take her to Banfield in Katy. While the treatment was good, it took 4 hours to have her seen and treated... and she was the first walk in of the day! Two weeks later she developed a sore on her paw and I reluctantly made an appointment with Banfield. As I really could not chance missing 4 hours of work waiting in a vets office, I searched the internet and found the previous review on Cinco Ranch and decided to give them a call. They were able to see her in 30 mins from the time that I called! My puppy has always been afraid of the vet. They took extra time with her and showered her with attention and treats to make her less anxious. The vet spent time with her, did not rush through the visit, and was very informative. From the reception desk to the check-out, every single person there was so attentive, informative, and helpful. They even trimmed her nails at no charge! The waiting room is spectacular, with cushioned seating and a refreshment area with freshly baked cookies, and is sparkling clean. With all of the attention to detail, I expected the final bill to be astronomical. It was $66 for her to be seen, the medicine, and a 6 pack of the special canned food that she eats. AND... I was in and out in 30 mins. Admittedly, this was our first visit. However, unless the treatment and service dramatically decline on subsequent visits, my spoiled pouch has a new doctor and Cinco Ranch Vet Hospital has a new loyal patient.
