I had my Honda serviced on 10/30/07 and the next day I noticed some Oil in my driveway. I open the hood and check the oil. Then I looked under the vehicle and checked the bolt on the oil pan. I turned it with my hand. Not a wrench. I had to tighten the bolt with a wrench. This is not the professional job that I expected from your service department. I purchased this vehicle new from you in 1999.
I will never bring it back to your shop for another service. Thanks for nothing.
