We have a Grandmother that is 87 years old. She spends 90% of here time in a lift chair utilizing it throughout the day and sleeps in it at night because she cannot get in and out of a bed. On Sunday morning we found out that her lift chair had broken and she was in a wheel chair and had not slept all night. Question: were do you find a lift chair on Sunday morning? I told the wife to call Gallery Furniture. She spoke with Ted who said that Gallery Furniture had several to choose from. We arrived at Gallery Furniture about 11:45 am and met with Ted, sure enough he had several to choose from. Now the next problem: from the 3 that we picked out, which one would Grandma be the most comfortable in? Ted said “that is not a problem”. By 5:30 pm he had all 3 chairs delivered to our Grandmothers assisted living home and set up for Grandma to try out. Your delivery staff spent about an hour their while Grandma tried each chair several times and finally said “this one feels good”. Then they loaded the other 2 chairs and were off with a smile on their face. Needless to say Grandma slept great and everyone was happy! Thanks Gallery Furniture! Jeff Mayberry
