I went to this store to see if they could identify some gemstones that I had gotten in a loose parcel. They said "they would try"...When I got there I was greeted warmly, but then sent to a girl that couldn't be older than 25 in a t-shirt with a tatoo on her arm. She looked at my gems and asked me if I actually paid money for them because they were "really beat up". She assumed that they were blue topaz, not using any equipment other than her loupe. The other girl there was probably about the same age and didn't seem like she had the courage to speak up...Don't ever go there. Not worth the time or the gas.
