Review content:
All Star Transfer moved us from our home in Washington to another home. Their estimator (with another crappy company called enationwide.com) came by our home and our two storage units several weeks before our move and gave us an estimate. When Laron the driver showed up with his crew, he said the estimate was way off and he would not move anything in our storage units. While I was on the phone with a friend expressing my frustration, Laron accused me of talking to my lawyer! We really had no choice but to let them move us as we had sold our house and had to be out. I had to rent a moving truck to take the rest of our items by myself. The crew also dropped our 1 year old washing machine on its face when taking it to the truck. When they got to our new house, our full-length mirror was broken and our washer was out of balance and not working. We incurred over $700 to fix our washer and $300+ to replace our mirror. In response to our claim, Laron called us liars, denied damaging our washer, sent us a check for about $70 and told us never to call him again. If I were you, I would expect the same low level of service so save yourself the effort and call someone reputable.
