Well, I guess disappointments are in all places when noticed. I ate at an Arby's in Boise for the first time and there was a few dilemma's that will make me have second thoughts of eating there again. I ordered the Chicken, Bacon & Swiss Sandwich; first of all, there was no bacon for the sandwich, I asked for extra onions, only 2 small rims of onion were added, my selection was grilled chicken, I was given the breaded, when I opened the wrapping of the sandwich the BREAD was pressed as if it was a flour tortilla. But what should be expected, there were teenagers taking the order, cooking & prepping....if you know teenagers like I so, they are still in the learning, hearing & finishing stage of life, some do well and others don't. I'm a cook at heart and my speciality in cooking is Tamales and for one to walk in to a restaurant to enjoy a simple put together sandwich was disappointing to me.
