I've been getting my black hair colored blonde for many years. It is tricky to get it done properly without making it turn green or orange.
Kara at Tangles does a fantastic job! I've had my hair done at more expensive, supposedly up-scale salons in LA, San Fran and Las Vegas and NONE of them have done the beautiful job that Kara does.
After the first time I went to her even my husband commented on how gorgeous my hair looks. He usually doesn't even notice. He said, without my prompting, "That is the best your hair has ever looked."
