Review content:
From living in Minneapolis to moving to the Denver area, Qwest has always been a great company for me. I was one of the first customers in Minneapolis to get Broadband DSL and it always worked great for me. Later, when I moved from a Denver suburb to Denver, my phone number moved with me, and I now get 7 meg Broadband DSL in my house (which has 95 year old phone lines it!) When I called to get the faster high speed internet, the customer service person pointed out that I could save $5 bucks a month by rolling my existing DirecTV bill into my Qwest bill. One less bill to pay, and save a couple of bucks? Yeah, I like that. Honestly, I felt they were really trying to help me.
My good experience with Qwest is amplified for me because of the poor experiences I've had with various cable companies over the years. When you go from "Your snowy picture is because you live in a fringe area" from the cable company to "I'm the Qwest technician calling from your back alley to let you know that you're all hooked up and ready to go" it's a good thing.
