Review content:
While in the market for a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid I requested several quotes on-line from all of the various Seattle area Honda dealers. Some refused to quote me a price by e-mail while others pressured me with repeated phone calls in an attempt to earn my business. Because my job and business travels keeps me quite busy, a competitive quote via e-mail with a prompt and courteous response was key without numerous call hassling me to come into the dealership. I was fortunate to have James Bennett of Honda of Seattle respond to my initial e-mail. He was courteous, professional and above all, patient. I stopped in for numerous times to test drive and look at the car as I debated which color I wanted. Over the course of 3 months, James never pressured me to buy. He made me a fair offer which he stood by until I was ready to buy. When that day came, I showed him a quote from another dealer that was $200 less. While I did not expect him to beat it but was hoping he would match it. He said he would beat it by another $100. Because I knew both MSRP and invoice an was paying just a few hundred dollars over invoice I knew I was getting a great deal. The process went very smoothly and there was never a pressured sell for unnecessary add ons, warranties, etc. I highly recommend Honda of Seattle!
