I recently received a letter from a collection agency claiming that I owed DHL Express money for custom's charges. After contacting DHL directly, the representative I spoke with had a difficult time finding my file. She could not even tell me what the charges were for. When she finally located my account in her computer, DHL claimed that they had sent me 3 invoices... none of which I received... and then sent it to collections. DHL could not even give me the dates on which they supposedly sent these bills. I am frustrated beyond belief with them. I will NEVER again use DHL for personal or business purposes!
