Dhl Worldwide Express

I sold 4 large off road tires on ebay for around $1100. I contacted numerous companies with the weight and deminsions of all 4 tires. Dhl gave me the lowest quote $222 and said they would pick them up on Thur. Well thursday rolled around and no DHL, So now they said FRI. Well they picked them up took my check and cashed it and all was good or so i thought. Now 6 months later i get a collection agency letter in the mail stating that i was overdue in paying DHL $1200. Finally contacted DHL gave them the info and it took 3 Rep's to even find my info in the Comp, They told me that they had billed me overnight for each tire by mistake funny thing is the tires took 12 days for delivery. Rep told me that she sees where the problem is and dont worry about it they will take care of everything. Now 1 month later i get another letter from DHL telling me they reviewed my account and the problems i had and guess what they ruled in favor of themselves, I still owe them the money and they have no record of the previous phone call with their rep stating it was their fault. I allways thought that once a price for a service was agreed upon and the PKG is picked up and they take your payment that the buisness transaction is all done. Well DHL decides to change things with no thought to you and they dont even give you the reach around or the common decency to contact you to see if you still want the PKG delivered they just DO IT their way. never do buisness with DHL you will regret it. more

I recently received a letter from a collection agency claiming that I owed DHL Express money for custom's charges. After contacting DHL directly, the representative I spoke with had a difficult time finding my file. She could not even tell me what the charges were for. When she finally located my account in her computer, DHL claimed that they had sent me 3 invoices... none of which I received... and then sent it to collections. DHL could not even give me the dates on which they supposedly sent these bills. I am frustrated beyond belief with them. I will NEVER again use DHL for personal or business purposes! more

My company has been arguing with them for weeks. They misposted our payments, then sent us to a collection agency because of the bills they didn't apply the cash to. Worse, they receycled invoice numbers so that it looked like we were being billed twice. A bunch of our people are putting massive effort to clean up the account - and we have enough money to pay our bills. We are going to replace them with UPS. more
