Okay - so I am sitting on my couch dozing off and thinking, its time to go to bed when there's a loud hissing noise downstairs-oh no- - its the water heater! And faster than you can say, Noah - where's the ark, my basement is flooded with several inches of water. Stayed up late to clean up the mess - who did I call the next day - Brennan heating and air conditioning- one of Puget Sound Energy's recommended contractors. Got several quotes over the phone between 8 AM and noon -Installers out by 3 PM, water heater installed by 4 PM. Hot water by 5 PM. Now that's what I call service! I wasn't without hot water for even 24 hours - Plus I could not be around to pay the bill and they were cool with sending me a bill in the mail after the tank was installed.
