I was married 9/4/05. I hired Alan Brent, and he did not show up.... no explanation; he sent someone else I never met. The wedding photo proofs arrived within SIX weeks, not the promised three. Our engagement photo album was a different, more inferior style than the one we were sold, and we didn't get it until AFTER the wedding. We still have not gotten our wedding album, and I submitted the photos over a year ago. The wedding album we were shown ignored all of the changes my husband and I made to the proof. None of the photos were retouched, and the quality of everything they have (eventually) given us is just awful and completely unprofessional. They even got the leather color wrong. Trying to contact these people is another story. For every 50 messages you leave for them, you might get one call back. There are over 105 couples who are unhappy with Alan Brent. They all can't be wrong. Perhaps Alan Brent is trying to redeem himself now since he has been exposed on CBS, but the fact is.... he has a long history of illegal, immoral, and shady business activity, and you will be sorry if you use him.
