I heard such great things about this place and maybe we went on a bad night... but the service was shitting and my grandma could have done a better job serving than our server. The place wasn't that busy and we didn't order the "special" and it took over an hour to get our food. We ordered drinks and water.... we drank the water and wanted a refill, but the server never came by the entire hour we waited for our food. When she did bring our food, she almost left... we had to ask for a refill of water.... the glasses were clearly at the end of the table empty. The food was luke warm and wasn't very flavorful. People in the same section we sat in with more people in their party came, got their drinks, food and refills and were gone before we even got our food. I don't think I will be going back to Saltoro's anytime soon.
