Please note that I cannot speak for all locations; only the owner & the store on Bee Caves (manager James). The first time I took a pair of shoes here, James seemed a little irritated with me, but I decided to give it a second chance, as the work done (anti-slip soles added) was very nice. My second visit was for the same service, but on much more expensive shoes. They were promised on a Thursday & when I arrived to pick up my shoes they weren't there & James had no explanation. I waited until the following morning & called James back (he should have touched base w/me) & he still didn't know anything. I called another store & obtained the number of Carol (the owner) & he said he was not aware of the situation. I waited another day & called James back. He said he would not call me if he didn't have any info; ugh. They finally located my shoes later that day & apologized. However, when I showed up on the following Monday to pick up my shoes, I received no apology & was made to pay for the service. UNACCEPTABLE!! Folks, this is not how you run a business. Again, the work is decent but just hope they don't misplace your $200 shoes; they may or may not find them.
