Wen't to Canyon's tonight in Bothel with my wife. Our first time there. This is a new fav! Excellent atmosphere, great service, excellent food! I had the Prime Rib French Dip. (I had a craving for a french Dip all day, and this really did the trick!.) Portions were smaller but the taste made up for it! Awesome flavor...My wife had the Toffee Mouse cake...I tasted this as well and wow, I can easily recommend this one for Chocolate lovers! I especially liked the lighting in the place, it was lower than normal places so it made it a little more intimate. Looks to be a nice place for a casual date or a family dinner or would be a cool after-movie snack place. We will definately return!
