They have excellent drinks and nibbles also nice salads and the Mexican dishes are awesome (because everyone in the kitchen is Mexican!). The service, especially by the waiters is very good. Some of the waitresses are a little young and a little too worried about their hair and nails. Out door dining can be nice too. more

Great Experience 2/9/2007

Wen't to Canyon's tonight in Bothel with my wife. Our first time there. This is a new fav! Excellent atmosphere, great service, excellent food! I had the Prime Rib French Dip. (I had a craving for a french Dip all day, and this really did the trick!.) Portions were smaller but the taste made up for it! Awesome flavor...My wife had the Toffee Mouse cake...I tasted this as well and wow, I can easily recommend this one for Chocolate lovers! I especially liked the lighting in the place, it was lower than normal places so it made it a little more intimate. Looks to be a nice place for a casual date or a family dinner or would be a cool after-movie snack place. We will definately return! more

Well I would say it's just one of those so-so places to eat when you just don't have anywhere else to go. The food is just ok and the service not so great. The prices seemed a little high for something that didn't blow you away. more

Just Ok 5/9/2006

Perhaps like the previous reviewer, I was just in a bad mood the time we visited here, but this place didn't really excite me in any way. I found the menu to be ordinary and the service wasn't all that great. We were with a large group and they seated us at one of those large bench tables - not at all comfortable to sit there through a meal! In my opinion - there are much better places you can go for a better meal at a similar price. more

Canyons for Business Lunch 4/11/2006

If you are looking for a place to have a relaxed but still formal (suit and tie) business lunch, Canyons in Canyon Park (and other selected locations) is a worthy location. Catering to the business crowd, you'll find a small assortment of business services including complimentary WiFi. The Thai Peanut Chicken Wrap is a little bit spendy for an everyday lunch but is a delicious complement to negotiating that big business deal. Canyons can get busy at lunch but is usually able to handle the crowd quickly. more

Canyon's in Bothell 3/19/2006

I have a bit of a problem with this one. My husband likes the food but unfortunately, I didn't think it was worth the money. Maybe I was just in a bad mood. The service was ok but the place was a bit noisy. Also the parking is tight since it is in the business park where they share parking with several other businesses. I'll give it another try. more
