Review content:
Jump Jive and Wail is located in downtown Frisco. In fact, they used to have their shop on Greenville Ave, just a block from Mockingbird Lane. The owner, Nash, is super cool and does fantastic threading. Threading is a hair removal technique that uses thread rather than tweezers or wax. It's almost painless, very quick and the results are natural and gorgeous.
I used to go there for my haircuts, which range from $35-$55 depending. I became good friends with Nash, though we don't keep in touch much anymore. He is a very personable, funny guy and his staff is insanely good and love what they do. It's kind of a 50's theme (as you may tell from the name) and conveniently located as far as inside Frisco goes. I'm never around that area, so I no longer go. But I'd recommend them to ANYONE.
Free beer, wine or soda, too!
