This is my way of doing package delivery.
recently, I had a brand new dell printer go DRICK!!!
was under warranty, called DELL, they shipped one out, along with a prepaid label for DHL to come pick up the dead unit.
When I called, the phone lady was friendly, and dispached someone to pick up the printer the same day.
Thursday about noon, I called CINGULAR. My cellphone has not ben charging right, I think the plug has a short where you plug it into the phone.
CINGLUAR is sending me a new phone by DHL, and I paid $7.50 for 2 day delivery, and assumed I would receive it Monday or so.
according to the tracking number, I supposedly will receive it today.... now thats GREAT service!!
and a whole lot better than going to Cingular in Texarkana, or dealing with the morons at the local wal-mart.
