Review content:
I purchased a hamster at the petsmart in West Berlin, NJ. It died within a week of getting it. I took it back to the store and was offered a new hamster. In front of my children the employee threw the dead hamster in the trash can. My child was so upset that she insisted we take it home and give it a funeral. The manager did take the hamster out of the trash but refused to give it back. No respect for proper burial and/or sensitivity to children. I give this store a Poor Minus!
