I also changed my name for security purposes because with both Mr. and Mrs Hughes, you never know what kind of backlash may occur. For anyone who has worked for Armenia Animal Hospital or any client who visits him on a regular basis, the extremely quick turn around of employees is very noticeable and speaks for how they treat their employees. I also worked for him for a very short time, anyone who makes it past weeks of working there is very rare. While he puts on the nice caring vet look to his customers what goes on behind closed doors it what you should look at. The place is a dangerous place to work, he has serious mood swings as Shane stated and it comes out at the employees. He calls his employees dumb and stupid and has even caused them to get threatened by his wife with charges (as he also mentioned). The place is not kept up well, there are rats in the ceilings and many claims being brought against them. Tampa is a great area with many vets to choose from, I strongly recommend finding someone else to go to!!! There are times when lower prices aren't the best options and he is definitely one of them!!!
