Highpockets has excellent billiards tables both in Bar size and 41/2 x 9 regulation tables. There is a great selection of beer and delicious food all priced quite reasonably.
While the environment and atmosphere is excellent, the customer service is at times terrible. Since I started playing at Highpockets a little over a year ago I have found Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to be the worst nights to be a customer. As it gets later the waits tend to be longer and chances increase for rudeness when you do get served.Sundays however have never been a problem! The Sunday crew has always been nice and friendly.
Although, customer service lacks on some nights, overall Highpockets is a fun place to hangout and enjoy yourself.
