I have gone to this shop for close to 10 years now and still believe they are the best in town. Heres why... I took my car into the Saturn dealership to be worked on since I own a Saturn and they are closer to where i live than Concourse is. After 1 day the man at Saturn calls me back with a laundry list of things wrong with my car and a nice bill of $2200 attached. Only $135 of it covered by my extended warranty. The main problem with the car from their prospective was my struts and strut mounts which alone would cost me $1200. I allowed them to fix the items covered by warranty then called Concourse like I should have to start with. I was told to bring in the car and they would check it out (on a Saturday...how many places are open on a Saturday!!) Anyhow it didn't take long for them to discover that there was NOTHING wrong with the struts or strut mounts but I had a bigger problem with my wheel bearings that Saturn didn't even notice. I am so happy that Concourse is there and the owners and employees are so friendly and have become like family almost over time. If it wasn't for them I would have spent $2000 more than I needed to.
