Review content:
They made an error on the payoff amount and more monies were due. No problem except for my mom had passed away during this time, I called them to let them know on Wed that I would be in on Mon to take care of it. They called 2 times after I had let them know to demand that we get in there and pay the 158.00 on a 40,000 truck that was bought, not caring that we had lost my mom. Meanwhile the truck is there on loose bolts on the steering stabilizer and some issues with a lift the dealership put on the truck. I called the GM after waiting for him to call me for 2 days and he didn't even know the truck was there and appeared to care less about the fact of my mom passing and told me that the money was owed and it needed to be paid, which it was on Dec 4th. The dealership cannot be bothered apparently to note records of situations that do arise. There was not a problem in paying what was due, it was just the timing of situations that were going on. The GM made it sound like it was more my fault for them calling than it was the dealerships. I am very appalled at their behavior in a time like this - especially since I had called them to let them know what was going on. I guess the almighty dollar means more to them than a life.
Just received a phone call from the salesman and he said it will be Tues before they will have the papers ready for the work they have done on the truck including the 115 pt inspection that should have been done when the truck was purchased. I don't know why so long on the paperwork as you would think that it would be available when the work was done on the truck. I guess unless you ask they don't give out proof of work done or receipts anymore.
