I have not been happy with my services at Dr. Ongs office. I changed dentist from one I had for several years only because of new insurance and I am in the process of looking for a new one. I feel that my cleanings are too quick and not complete and the quality of the work is less than acceptable. I have had several feelings fall out and the most irritating thing of all is dealing with he office manager Jason who is no longer there. He was rude, arrogant and acted like a bill collector. My husbands job is very unpredictable with strange hours and he had to cancel several times beyond his control. We were scolded and we chastised and lectured on breaking appointments. I got into a argument over the lack of flexibility. My past dentist was so accommodating and the staff so friendly and they always worked with me. Dr. Ongs staff is business as usual. I would not recommend this dentist.
