Dr. Allen and his entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fun to be around - and seem to enjoy not only their work but also their patients. Even though a month goes by between each of my own visits, they actually remember who I am and what our last conversations were about - so I never feel like I am just another means to a paycheck, and I actually look forward to my trips to the orthodontist. It's easy to schedule appointments. Most importantly, Dr. Allen has a results-oriented approach to treatment, and he and his staff members (who work very well together) take time each visit to discuss progress, next steps, answer questions, etc. This team is very good with kids and adults, alike.
