Review content:
I went into the Office Depot store in College Square Shopping Center in Newark DE to find a special type of envelope. I wandered around the store for a while looking for the section that would have envelopes and after about 7 minutes, an employee approached me and asked if I needed any help. I described the type of envelope I was looking for and she showed me a section of the store where you can buy paper for resumes that includes envelopes. The envelopes were not what I was looking for and I knew that there had to be another section with JUST envelopes. I searched soem more on my own and finally did find the section of enveloeps. I found something very close to what I was looking for. The envelopes were the right size but they were all white. I know that other stores carry them in colors but at this point, I did not have the time to search them down so I went with the all white envelopes.
It was disappointing that the associate could not find the product that I was looking for and after my own search I could. It was not a very hard item to find. The word "envelopes" should have given the employee an idea of where to look.
This is a fairly large store. It is only about a year old. It is a shame that the associates do not have product knowledge of the products that they carry. Also, after finding out the price of the envelopes I purchased, I know that if I had had the time, I could have shopped another store and gotten a better price.
