As a driver for Rainbow Towing I can state that if you observe any one of our trucks you will see "25 hr. service" on them all, this is because we go the "extra mile". I am appalled that the word of only 1 individual is enough to judge us! I have gone out of my way repeatedly to assist customers. Occasionally there is a customer who feels that there car should not have been impounded so they give us a bad write-up to get even. These drivers need to realize that we are only doing our job when the STATE PATROL asks us to impound a vehicle. I feel we are being treated as "slime of humanity" and "rip off artists" when we run our shop as fairly as possible and by the books, so to speak.
