Stay away from this company. I wanted to give a smaller company the opportunity to get my business over a larger company. Guess what? I am back with the larger company. The treatment I recieved at Packman Disposal was just LOUSY!! First off, they woudn't carry off a small piece of carpet (about 2 by 4 feet) they said it had to be rolled up, and also refused to carry off some small pieces of particle board. The carpet was to small to roll up. Then when I asked to cancel they said it would be a month before sending me a refund. That was on Oct 6, 2006, now it is Novemer 21st, they still havent sent me a refund, and they are so stupid that they left a message asking for payment, like I am still their customer, when I cancelled service alomst 2 months ago, and they owe me? I doubt if I'll ever see my refund. I would advise you not to use PACKMAN disposal. The people are rude and uncooperative and obviously disorganized. The carrier I have now isnt perfect, but they sure are a hell of a lot better than Packman.
