Good: Shep's has come a long way in presentation and organization of merchandise since they first bought out a defaulting chain store and had a lot of junk to wade through.
They have merchandise for just about any occasion, at tremendous prices.
Shep now has a staff of helpful, courteous people who are quick to help you if you need help. I'd rather shop there than any mall store.. Improvements: Replacement of the drinking fountain would be nice, and a rehab of the restrooms would be nice, but I realize costs have to be passed on.. Other: I am a loyal fan of Shep's and will continue to shop there as long as God allows me to find my way from the outskirts of Middleburg..
