ACS inc is not a place I would ever recommend working. I got a job here a while ago and was totally lied to. During the interview, they tell you about all this money you can make and how easy it is ect. They will even tell you about their employee who made $25,000 dollars just by up selling, and thats not including their other bonus and pay. The training is a big joke. You spend all this time on these computers answering these questions that don't help you one bit when your on the floor. You'll hear people say that what you learn in the class means nothing when on the floor. I thought they were kidding, but they were not. The "BIG BONUSES" that they tell you about are incredibly hard to get and are not even available till after 90 days. You will also be told different things by different people. One person will say you need to transfer a certain situation to one department and then when you do, those people say its someone else department. Their insurance is a joke. What they don't tell you during the interview is that you have to use this one insurance that is crappy until the beginning of the next open enrollment. They act like its because your salary for the year will be low and they are doing you a favor. They are doing you no favors. The insurance is really crap. This company has a really really high turnover and now I understand why. They really do treat their employees like crap and they make it hard for you to earn any kind of bonuses. If you don't mind working for min wage while being treated like crap then working here is fine. If you want a job that wont make you want to go home and drink, then don't work here. Needless to say I quit that job really quick.
