Ok, So i've done a few reviews of this place. It has, I think, gone down hill. I went to a birthday party here last week on a Monday. We got there and they had a place set up for us, which was nice. It took them an hour to get our pizzas done. It never takes this long to make 2 pizzas and i've been to partys here on weekends where it didn't take that long. Then when they brought the pizzas out, the pizza hadn't been cut all the way. We had to go get a knife just so we could separate the pizza slices from each other. Than not even 5 minutes after bringing the pizza, they tried to bring out the ice cream. Hello, can we please eat the dinner part first. I was also disappointed in the fact that they bring out these tiny cups for the ice cream, you know those types you got in school when you were little with the little wooden spoons. Then after it was all done and we were getting ready to leave, one of the kids wanted a refill of the little soda that they give you. They said no, there are no refills. 1 kid wanted a refill and I could have sworn you were allowed to get refills before. Well anyways they do have good pizza but there customer service seems to be going down. I know I will not have my kids birthday partys here.
